We continually research the market to ensure we’re offering the most competitive prices. However, in the unlikely event you do find an item at a lower price, we will match it. This offer also applies up to 14 days after your purchase. Our Price Promise is available throughout all of our collections, and we simply require written proof of the quote.

  • The two items must be identical

  • The item must be brand new, not reconditioned, end-of-line or clearance.

  • The price must include VAT and be from a UK retailer with both a store and a website

  • For furniture and beds the item must be either in stock or available to be made to order in a like for like material

  • For soft furnishings the item must be in stock

  • The total must be inclusive of delivery charges, with the same guarantee and payment terms

  • Where the product is cheaper elsewhere up to 14 days after your purchase, we will refund you the difference.

  • If you can’t provide a written quote, we will compare the prices online to establish the price and terms
